Race office hours and start package pickup

Starting Friday, you will be able to pick up your start packages. Find out how to pick them up!

How we work:

April 11, 2025 (Friday) from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
April 12, 2025 (Saturday) from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
April 13, 2025 (Sunday) OFFICE CLOSED. NO POSSIBILITY TO PICK UP THE PARTICIPATION PACKAGE!

Start package pickup:

Prepare your start card or a link to it, if you know your start number. Come to Poznań International Fair (14 Głogowska St., 60-734 Poznań, hall no. 3) to the Competition Office. Pick up your package!

10.04.2025 in a text message to the phone number mentioned in the application you will receive a link to the start card.
You will also find the link on the runner’s profile from 10.04.2025. Show it at the Event Office instead of an ID card.
Can’t pick up the package in person? Give the link to the start card to someone who will collect the package for you.
