Ethiopian long-distance runners best in Poznań

Debebe Teka Tereda (ETH) triumphed in the 16th PKO Poznań Half Marathon with a time of 01:01:38. First among the ladies Meskerem Moges (ETH) finished with a time of 01:09:22. The result, which is her new personal record, did not allow her to improve the record of the Poznań event.

A total of 9565 runners stood at the start of the 16th PKO Poznań Half Marathon. They represented 34 countries. On the route they were cheered on by the fantastic Poznan public.

We would like to thank all runners for fantastic atmosphere, numerous participation in the event and great results. Warm thanks are also due to the sponsors for their support and to the fans for their incredible cheering. We hope to see you in future editions and invite you to the 17th Poznań Half Marathon, which is scheduled for April 13, 2025. All those who want to run through the streets of Poznań earlier are invited to the 23rd Maciej Frankiewicz Poznań Marathon, which will be held already on October 13, 2024.
