Where will the Expo Fair be located?

Right next to the halfmarathon office at Arena Hall at Wyspiańskiego Street 33, 60-751 Poznan.

Are halfmarathon participants insured?

Yes, each participant is insured against accidents during the race.

What are the prizes?

There are cash prizes and in-kind prices including a passenger car. For more information see section Prizes.

I have comments concerning the race, to whom and how do I submit them?

The simplest way is by e-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . We read every message, trace sent feedback, and every idea is valuable for us. Any protests and complaints are examined within 3 days.

Is there any charge for the Pasta Party voucher?

Yes, there is. A fee for the Pasta Party voucher is not included in the participation fee. However, for each participant of the halfmarathon the voucher costs only PLN 2.

When and where will the Pasta Party be held?

The Pasta Party will be held on 31.03.2012 (Saturday) from 200 pm to 800 pm at Arena Hall at Wyspiańskiego Street 33.

Can underage people start in the halfmarathon?

No. In accordance with the Regulations persons who until 1 April 2012 are at least 18 years of age have the right to participate in the halfmarathon.

Is specific medical examination required to start in the halfmarathon?

No. Each competitor is required to sign a consent form to participate in the halfarathon at his/her own responsibility.

What is the gross time?

This is the time measured from the starter's shot until crossing the finish line.

What is the net time?

This is the time measured from crossing the start line to crossing the finish line.

Do competitors receive personal start numbers?

Yes, each competitor receives a personal start number.

What is the chip?

The chip is an electronic device for measuring time, fixed to the shoelace of the competitor. Time measurement begins from crossing the start line and ends with crossing the finish line. Moreover, mean times are recorded in the key locations in the route. For more information see section Time measurement.
